Sfogliatella

OK, people, important post here.

This tiny piece of deliciousness is called sfogliatella. It was discovered by the girls in Naples. Filled with sweet ricotta cheese, cinnamon, and some sort of orange essence, surrounded by flaky dough, dusted with powdered sugar and served warm, it might be the best thing in Italy.

It's so good it gets its own post. Mom & Dad like the coffees in Italy, too :)
